While I am never a fan of late payments etc mate, wouldn't it make sense to get your agents at code red to help with something like this? :) Hope you get it fixed soon!
I left Code Red a while back in favor of local NA representation! Timely payments don't require agents.

Ahh ok didn't know... "Timely payments don't require agents." - Don't think I said this or even mentioned that, agents are amazing at helping get money that is owed so you don't have to do things like this, I talk from experience with it from before I had an agent
