One month no nicotine 
I’ve always had a mildly addictive personality but holy crap vaping is trash.
Prob consumed way more nicotine than a normal smoker due to vaping at the computer and indoors.
Still smacking myself for ever picking a #Juul up

ya i switched to the juuland those 4 packs are like 22 bucks in NYS so i switched to a actual vapemod i paid 54.99 for the whole mod and 15 bucks for a bottle of juice a low mg that lasts me half the month so esentiually i cut down to 30 dollars a month on nicotine from god knows

Yeah I catch myself vaping way too much sometimes. I am making an effort to vape less and less to eventually stop but way to go!
