Been told my gran has 1 hour to live so, on the road to Good Hope hospital again. Multiple organ failure.

5:10am, minutes before we arrived. RIP Gran. Another family member who was fully supportive of me playing games and driving me to local events. A strong mother to my equally as strong mother. Time for me to be there as my mother mourns the loss of both her parents.
