My recommendation for the North American #PUBGM scene:
The scene has a few very solid scrimmage platforms for competitive play. Merge them and create a council with defined, written, easily understood rules (1/2)
Use the council that presides over the scrimms to analyze potential rule violations and impose sanctions. A one-stop-shop for competitive scrimms in North America will not only benefit the existing scene but also make competitive PUBGM more accessible to interested players (2/2)

I agree with this 1000% it would make things so much better and easier.
This would be absolutely amazing but, the people in the council will be the “most liked” like ammo said and it will be a shit show. This would never work because people want the players in their scrims and no one else’s.
