sorry I'm late guys, I keep getting denied housing because these people at @gkhouses don't believe me that I make enough money to rent. I have gotten the run around and have provided every document asked for and still cant get approved.
I am really bummed today :(
In Texas and California you can use funded savings account with a certain amount, usually a year of rent Previous year tax return or accountant-prepared financial statement if a contractor Surely there is a way to evidence your earning capabilities. Sorry youre having trouble!
