I totally understand your fear and apprehension especially if you thought you had to hand over your passport. This image you've shown does state you can get a business visa ON ENTRY when flying to Malaysia - you just need to say you're on business with PMCO.
It’s not what I thought. It is what was being demanded through writing by the TO thirty minutes prior to flight. My tweet is very clear.
