One of the biggest things hurting esports as a whole is the fact that there are an overwhelming number of under-qualified individuals in positions that require experience and tailored skillsets. I hope to see this change as esports continues its push towards legitimacy.

Yea, this is absolutely true. It's great that emerging industries like this give people an opportunity to break in where they'd normally have been rejected in a more stable industry, but those individuals need to grow and hone their skillset to maintain their positions.
