Tbh, I was weighing the depth of the league as much as the top teams of each respective league. Sure you can have a few outstanding teams that smash their competition, but even if the best in PKL may be better than in PEL, I still believe the avg lvl in PEL is higher.

I think we are seeing now the depth of the PKL with some new times rising up in phase 2. There are legit 8-10 teams good enough now to go toe-to-toe with any in the world. It's pretty similar to EU in that respect. But I'd say based on recent overall body of work, gotta go
