There's apparently been a rule change/reveal. NA (and a lot of other regions) only have one seed to Spring Championship Global finals, with 2nd and 3rd getting seeded into a 1 day Prelim tournament to decide the final 5 seeds at the Global finals.
Interesting! Going to wait for something official before committing to it, even though @LiquipediaPUBG tends to be pretty accurate.
