      If they wanted Hwinn before they signed Lobes they should have told him that from the beginning. Is it an awkward and difficult conversation? Yes but that’s part of being an adult and a professional.

      Most normal humans, when told they're about to be thrown out of the team will probably under preform and not do everything to their 100% ability because they know its ending and done with. So I dont see the issue to be honest.

      If you know you're about to be dropped, wouldn't you want to try and do even better? So that once you're a FA you have a bigger chance of being picked up?

      Say that for some but not all, what if the person wants to bring down the team instead? Or what if their mind is cluttered with doubt and they loose focus. You can never assume how a person is going to react just because they "should" react a certain way.
