Phil you completely missed the mark here. No one is saying Lobes jobs shouldve been guaranteed not that he needed a heads up weeks in advance that he was getting cut. The crux of the issue is that people outside the org knew lobes was getting cut before lobes did.
I’m not specifically talking about Lobes. I’m talking about being proactive and having backup plans when jobs don’t work out.
