Easier said than done for players. You can’t always have a backup plan for teams when roster locks are a thing. When a pro scene isn’t established especially, it’ll be known that you were trying to secure a second spot somewhere.

Sometimes a backup plan isn’t always a plan to stay in Esports. Have a fall back. Backup plans in terms of being able to sign instantly to another Pro Team are few and far in between.

Dont know how it works in your country, but if youre a full time employ, which i think its safe to assume most of these players would be. Your employer has to give you two weeks notice if you are getting fired. So yeah i think a heads up should kind of be required, dirty pricks.

I’ve never heard of this. I’ve heard of an employee giving a courtesy 2 weeks notice to the employer that they are leaving.

EVERY Pro needs to be converting people to their personal twitch pages or definitely have a backup plan other than esports too. It's a cutthroat market not only in esports, but 25 mil yt creators, and 50,000+ twitch partner's out there.

Yes! I’ve preached for a long time that more players would benefit by building brands around the platform they’re given, being on large org teams.
Also, don’t drop out of school. Take approved leaves of absence if you must.

Twitter has been "something else" because other orgs and players knew before Lobes was told by leadership.
