I think @Ernst_Blofield linked me this a month ago.
An example of what NVENC with an RTX card can do:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5_4FEODULQ …

Dude literally spews loads of information which is just straight false, says multiple times that the bitrate limit on twitch is 6k which is obviously not the case as most pubg streamers are using 8k now (even while not partnered) And the preset on verylow makes SO much difference

Also, I mention 6k because I'm not going to go out and broadcast 8200 (the hardcap limit) and have twitch lower that, when I can just talk about their recommended settings and not jeopardize my own quality. CmonBruh.

That's super interesting reading actually, never knew the straight %s but there's still a difference between the videos that are highlighted in the video, not making the most of that extra % is like it's trying to convince people that RTX is SO much better. When

Those who already use dual pc setups won't get that much improvement out of it, especially if they're stressing their gaming pc going back to a single setup just to use RTX and unable to maybe go to 900p?

I mean ultimately until people can put a GTX2080ti into an i9-9960X and do a 1080p60fps slow/slower versus 2080ti NVENC both at 8200 bitrate we won't be able to know. Its clear though that RTX is providing a clearer paused image in high motion than X264 at his settings.
