Bringing back the level 3 helmet into the world loot table is in my opinion a pretty bad decision, I wonder what the reasoning behind it was or what they learned from removing it that they didn't like.

I hope so yes, I just wonder what they're looking for when they add them. I honestly thought removing them from the world loot tables is one of the best game decisions they made to date.
It 100% was a great decision which is why most of us think it’s just for testing purposes.
