This hurts my head lol. So the league is LAN? Like you have to be on-site to play that whole time?

Yeah, if your squad makes it into the actual Pro League everyone will be required to live in Los Angeles during each phase of Year 1. Think of it as Season 1 PUBG similar to the LCS - still more details to come out though for sure.
