Anything to make winning games worthwhile is good, and the matchmaking system definitely doesn't make it rewarding since it isn't % player base based or skill based even!

Definitely. Nothing too over the top but enough of an incentive to spark more competition in the mid to late game of pubs. With more skins being available for high BP prices this would be cool!

Definitely. It’d be nice if you got a crate and key for every win. Maybe the different modes (Solos, Duos, and Squads) could have different crates with a variety of different items? That way you’re not getting duplicates for winning a solo and then a squad game.
