Best sound isolation would be to build a room inside of a room. Other than that you can acoustically treat the room so it doesn't have as much reverberation

Sound proofing, a good xlr mic and a little 8/12/16 track desk, depending on how many people you wish to run at one time. I used a Neumann TLM103 recently and it was amazing, but really really pricey. I also like the Shure SM 7 B, mid range price. But the Rode NT 1 is solid too
