The NA PUBG scenes work ethic out of online and offline tournaments is an absolute JOKE. This week confirmed it.

So the question is, what can we do to fix this and be the best? I know it has a lot to do with each individual putting in the time and effort but is there any way we can improve scrims or something to get better overall?

Dissolve the HG discord would be my first suggestion and partner with EU to make a proper hub for inter region scrims.

I'm willing to do that but from what I've seen so far, even if you're a top team in NA, you don't get any priority in the EU scrims even if you're better than some of the teams in there

I also think that things like hotdrop will be good for making connections outside the small networks that have formed. I think a third party neutral should run the scrim hub.

I really want to play more scrims each day as well.

More scrims don’t mean better practice if teams are tilted/not caring cause it’s scrims

Y’all just need a system that deters players and teams that aren’t serious/degrade the scrim integrity/leave early. Too bad you can’t have buy in scrims.

Shouldn’t have to pay to practice against other pro teams just seems silly. I understand for a system like ESEA or hot drop but not normal scrims

Oh, I agree. Maybe a free scrim league where penalties and fines can be assessed. Just spitballing to try to help increase y’alls ability to have consistent and competitive practice.
