I'm willing to do that but from what I've seen so far, even if you're a top team in NA, you don't get any priority in the EU scrims even if you're better than some of the teams in there

I also think that things like hotdrop will be good for making connections outside the small networks that have formed. I think a third party neutral should run the scrim hub.

I agree with this entirely. Scrims should be run by a 3rd party, so just because a team has a player that has an admin in the discord gets priority and other things of that nature. Eliminate the bias

I agree with this point, but it also needs to be incentivised so that the 3rd party running the scrims doesn't get lazy or doesn't do the work that needs to be done. Possibly a bunch of teams could each pitch in a little to make the position paid for an incentive to run it well.

What it all boils down to is that I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired. The NA scene is a joke no doubt and it’s no ones fault but everyone in that scene, me included.

What do you think can specifically be improved

I outlined it all. Simply engaging in the EU scrims shows how much of a joke NA scrims were at the moment it was 110% feasible in my mind to ditch NA scrims and play pubs they were that much of a joke. The emphasis im trying to make is that what a regional scene is doesn’t happen

Out of no where or some magical factor. The Asian pubg scene was scrimming 24/7 basically and that was UP TO THEM.

I mean realistically you have to respect there work ethic, they do 10x more than NA does and it shows. I’d love to see NA blossom into something like that, as a whole. Because I can vouch for some teams I feel willing to do so.
