With the explosion of popularity surrounding streamer and influencer tournaments it is important to remember what you are watching. This is not classic eSports this is CelbritEsports. It will and should be viewed and broadcasted differently. Equally awesome, but very different.

Reminds me of the Fortnite scene
It is good for the PUBG scene for sure. We can’t deny that. I think we need to remember, PUBG had a developed pro scene before the celebrities and personalities started participating. Fortnite didn’t. They just had a bunch of streamers sign to teams. Orgs didn’t want to miss $$

Fo'shure! I love seeing all different events :) Show matches/tournaments are needed for the eco system in my opinion. And yes, the celebrity part of Fortnite was set up before they had established esports roots (afaik)
