Apparently he was queue dodging and having friends or bots try to snipe his lobby queues to get him more kills.
Regardless, I think the major issue is the fact that @EpicGames does not utilize custom servers when so much money, beyond prize pool, is on the line

Yeah, it’s a bit chaotic. I think maybe Epic jumped the gun on massive money tournaments. These types of issues need to be dealt with from the inception, not afterwards.
