I would assume that you cant take someones name if they already have it. But i havnt fully read all the notes yet
Correct lol. It's not practical to think for a minute any company would allow active usernames to be taken away. Moses is talking about the person who unlocks their name change first (or buys a name change if available) and locks in a name Moses wants.

Alas, the solution is this: If you care enough about a name you don't own, buy a new copy of PUBG, secure the name, then earn name changes on both accounts and swap them over (This assumes there isn't a long recycle time on names).
