I Have 651 Subscribers on YouTube but yet my YouTube Studio is only showing that I have 645. Is this something that will be fixed?

Subscriber count fluctuations are normal. Besides the user subscribes and unsubscribes, YouTube adjusts subscriber counts around the clock to remove any inactive or illegitimate subscriptions.
