Sadly men often don’t reach out for help that’s why it’s important if you see someone is struggling their mood is changing they are becoming isolative don’t be afraid to start the conversation it’s as simple as asking RUOK mate.

IMHO, it was even more overridden by the fact that they decided to skew into a 4 minute discussion about the election. Is male suicide so insignificant that it doesn't deserve a full dedicated 8 minutes of airtime?
