Can you please provide the evidence that Khan personally made the decision...? FYI removing graffiti on rolling stock and stations has been Underground policy since the 1980s and pre-dates TfL

Their argument would be that if they tolerate this, you'll get a plethora of less talented nobodies encouraged to graffiti on the underground, costing far more than the Banksy to remove.
