  1. Boris really doesn't rate Zac does he?

  2. Just one sentence from Boris on why Zac should win. And it's basically: 'Bah, crumbs, well by golly he's a Tory'.

  3. Boris has so much to say about Sadiq but can barely muster a sentence on why Zac should be Mayor instead.

  4. Dirty campaign by Tories to smear Sadiq as some kind of Al Qaeda sympathiser - typical, nasty piece by Boris

  5. 'Sources close to' Corbyn on Livingstone in Telegraph. Do I detect the steadying, wily influence of ?

  6. Very healthy disagreement across the front pages & editorials today. British papers all in full battle dress. It's good to see.

  7. Downing St must be delighted to focus on IHT - or more ridiculous - journalists' pay, rather than, say, where the 200k ultimately came from.

  8. It would be a tactical mistake for Labour to turn Panama into a policy debate about inheritance tax. Better to stay focused on transparency.

  9. Substitute 'expenses' for 'tax returns' and this is what Gordon complained bitterly about in 2009

  10. Brexit, Boris & handling of Panama put Cameron in the same position as Blair, May 2006: losing support of 'the reasonable end of the market'

  11. No10 departure lounge: when it's time, you get called.

  12. This week Cameron's press operation - normally so good - has been bad from start to finish. And it's far from finished.

  13. Every expenses story hurt Gordon. Now every MP -not just Tories- forced to admit offshore ownership hurts Cameron. The PM owns this story.

  14. Again.

  15. I bloody love DeVito. Seriously would love it if he was the International speaker at Lab Conf.

  16. Really pleased to get an endorsement from . I feel a Twins sequel coming on

  17. If Labour's NEC was stacked 15-3 against Corbyn, they'd sure as hell stitch up his departure. Not unreasonable to expect same of the '22...

  18. The key people in all of this are the '22. The stewards of the Tory party who will want to ensure the best possible succession.
