    This 💯%. Have been to multiple non-dev conferences since my last dev conference and my work is better for it.

    I basically stopped going to development conferences because I found my actual people at MicroConf. Coding really is just a means to an end.

    This is 💯% accurate. It takes work and learning to provide high value for your clients. Key step is getting a mentor(s).

    You don't have to build an agency to get to $250k as a freelancer. You can stay solo, and you should if you enjoy the actual work.
