That's the problem. Unfortunately anecdotal evidence doesn't help, as the people might have gotten better on their own. Scientists are not trying to hinder a helpful medication, we are trying to stop fraudulent scientists from taking advantage of people during a pandemic.

This actually additionally supports my point. Governments and health authorities are relying on information from a fraudulent scientific paper to make decisions for an entire country. There definitely are other, properly conducted studies out there. Why not look at them?

Fraudulent paper that is saving lives...Saving lives is not fraudulent!

Please: at this point, there is NO CLEAR AND ABSOLUT PROOF that chloroquine ITSELF, and only ITSELF, is saving lives. You can try black tea too: if the patient is finally saved (which is the case for 98%), you could also claim that black tea is efficient against Covid-19...

Some people recover without drug. Some recover with drug. No one denies that. What is important is whether more people recover with drug, it has no effect, or it makes fewer recover. For that we need a controlled trial. We need to know as soon as possible but we do need to know.

But Dr. Raoult protocol is for hydroxychloroquine and azithromycin and is saving lives. We have many reports of patients here in Brazil fully recovered from Covid19 in 3-4 days with this treatment!

Dude, maybe all those patients would have recovered anyways. 98% of people are getting better without specific treatment !
