@TeamYouTube Hello I'm having trouble signing into an old account I hadn't used since 2008 and didn't brand it to any google account. I tried adding it to my current google account and it said: "This YouTube account isn't available to be claimed" I even have the password saved
Yes, I did and it said: "This YouTube account isn't available to be claimed" The password hasn't been changed and I didn't brand it to a previous google account. Every other old account worked except this one. The account is EgonZegon07 and I want to brand it to "stevieschnick"

Thanks for trying those steps. To clarify, if a channel is created before May 2009 it is considered to be a legacy account. Unfortunately, if you don't remember the password for a legacy account, there is no recovery option to regain access to it. Hope this helps clarify.

I do remember the password. That's the thing. I even tried typing another password just to see and it said "incorrect" but when I typed my actual password it said "This YouTube account isn't available to be claimed" I know my own password for that account I think there's a glitch
