    Other people loathe his tempos (which have been described as comical), but the end of his recordings of the 9th Symphony are just glorious and thrilling.

    I know this might be a hot take, but Sir Roger Norrington is a way underappreciated Beethoven conductor. I've loved his previous recordings of Beethoven symphonies, and just started digging into his 2020 recordings of the symphonies - and they're great!

    I've been learning to draw a bit. Today's goal with to experiment with India ink and brushes, and quite happy with how it turned out. Feel like I should have been braver with the amount of black though.
