We have https://pop.system76.com/docs/difference-between-pop-ubuntu/ … although it is missing quite a few details. You can also follow https://pop-planet.info/forums/forums/project-updates.28/ … if you want weekly updates. Or our GitHub & Launchpad. There is no Snap plan, as far as I know. Only Flatpak, unless elementary decides to support both.
Will S76 support LVFS at some point now that it is a Linux Foundation project? Is there ARM support in Pop!_OS?

We haven't had a need to, as we already have our own infrastructure for securely delivering and installing custom firmware updates with our firmware daemon, straight from our office. No middle man required. We only build amd64 images of Pop!_OS.

There's also the matter of potentially leaking sales records. Since we sell all of our hardware exclusively with Linux, and the LVFS is tracking download statistics, you can easily glean our sales figures from those statistics. Potentially valuable information for competitors.
