10/12 - They put me on hold and contact some other department. They have to submit a correction template to APPR team to get the phone number changed. They confirm they have the incorrect phone number.

7/12 - Called the only support number listed on the reimbursement page. It's a company called HyperLink. They reset my account and asked me to confirm my phone number. They said a different phone number was on file (???)

5/12 - Phone number was supposed to be the phone number associated with my WestJet account, which is also the number I have a screenshot of in my compensation form. I just have 1 phone number. This is incorrect.

3/12 - compensation approved for 600 euros: the compensation form doesn't allow for flight WS 15. After lots of frustration and and going in circles with support figure out had to enter exactly WS015. Tickets only ever show WS 15.

2/12 1st flight delay claim (Canada). Claim was denied because they said it was a staff shortage issue (they blame this on a safety issue). I'll be putting in a complaint to the Canada transportation agency. - 2nd flight delay claim (Europe) - had to stay in the city overnight.
