    Today’s card. If it has been revealed to you that you have certain gifts, and those gifts have the capacity to bring healing to the world, what will it take for you to feel authorized to use what you’ve been given? Ask yourself: What am I? What do I know? & What am I capable of?

    Today’s card. Listen, you’re gonna feel bad sometimes. This is non-negotiable. The trick is not to tighten around it. Not to pile on all these extra, extreme narratives about how life is always like this & everything’s wrong. Expand and clear a space for it. Let it pass. It’s ok.

    Today’s card. Clinging is either holding onto a feeling you don’t want to let go of or blocking & pushing away one you don’t want to have at all & in both cases you’re essentially saying “no” to life. Just know that when u block painful feelings you’re blocking pleasant ones too.

    Today's card. Any commitment is ultimately a deal you do with yourself. Others may be involved, but you've made a personal pact. When you break a commitment, you are breaking a deal with your Self. Breaking deals has consequences, which you will have to live with. Commit wisely.

    Today’s card. Magic is using the subtle to influence the dense, so for example anytime we use thoughts (subtle) to influence behavior (dense), that’s practicing magic. By conjuring the thought, “I am worthy” we may begin to behave like we are. Try it & see what else you can do.

    Today's card. People definitely do hurtful things, I'm not saying they don't. But our beliefs also color our interpretations of things, so if we believe that people will disappoint, reject or betray us, we're likely to fill in blanks w/ our expectation of those things happening.

    Today’s card. Holding others accountable is one way to ensure you don’t wind up on the receiving end of bad behavior any longer than necessary. It involves two steps: noticing & communicating the impacts of the behavior. It’s not about judging its about raising consciousness.

    Today's card. No one's going to make you handle your life properly. No one's going to enforce that you do what's needed, that you delay gratification for long term reward, that you do hard things to support your own peace & wellness. Honestly you can do it or not. It's on you.

    Today's card. There is simply no way around it, the gift of intellect quickly becomes a curse if we don't learn to use it right. Untrained, the mind generates emotions and triggers behavior here, there & everywhere, distracting from raw experience. Step 1: Practice concentration.

    Today’s card. The Latin word “contemplari” meant to make space to gaze & watch for signs and omens, which reminds us that to contemplate something is primarily an act of receiving. Again, it is not all on us to determine & know & do everything. We have to also be able to listen.

    Today's card. When you feel powerless, practicing efficacy is good medicine. Set goals you know you'll crush. Do simple things each day that give you a sense of accomplishment. We live under systems designed to teach you that you are not powerful. Train your brain to know better.
