I would say that it is not up to western powers to govern Muslim countries, no matter what laws they wish to implement. They should keep their neocolonial hands off of Muslim countries.

Hopefully then Germany is willing to accept more refugees. 99% of afghans want sharia (Pew 2017) even if they don't want the Taliban version.

We already have more than 1.5 millions of them. It may be easy for others to say Germans should take the worst minded refugees only to get rid of responsibility. Enough is enough while other countries let none of the refugees pass their borderlines.
