Laws weren’t enacted specifically to restrict minority voting. Plus, everybody can vote by mail.

Geez, apparently people keep forgetting about page 29 and lines 721-732 of the Georgia voting law.
It requires additional poll locations and/or voting booths to any location that saw lines over 1 hour. Apparently that is restrictive?
