With all due respect to Justice Ginsburg she does not decide whom the President nominates for her replacement nor when the Senate holds a vote. #RBG really never understood the separation of powers and that whole Constitution thing.

Why are we pretending that Ginsburg's wishes are relevant to this discussion? If she wanted to maintain the balance on the court, she would've retired during Obama's first six years in office.
