US didn't halt flights from Europe till 40 days after the China ban & 42 days for UK & Ireland where Trump had golf courses. I came back March 9 from UK. No masks. Got asked if I'd been to Iran or China. This wasn't taken seriously till the stock market collapsed on the 11th.

The virus came to NY from Europe. Trump dropped the ball and then set a a hunger games scenario where states had to clamor for protective equipment and the WH confiscated some of it. They sent our PPE to China in January! So there’s all that!

Incorrect. Trump was told by CDC he didn’t need to close down travel from China but he did anyway and was called a racist. The ones that came back in were either citizens or green card holders who have a right to come back. Also read WHO tweet from 1/15
