Well....his victory is contingent on the “low information voter”....that doesn’t mean “stupid” or “dumb” btw...its the person that watches sound bytes, looks at headlines...and doesn’t have the time to source their journalism. Dunning-Kruger at its finest.

Because the label "independent" is a false idea. They are right of center and overwhelmingly vote republican.

That's not exactly true. There are a ton of non-party affiliated young people who are way left of center. However, they are MASSIVELY underrepresented in the voter totals on election day. Millions of them don't vote.

#Democratic party@DNC must claim their role in Trump's ongoing "success" as their failings are at least as much to blame for Trump as Trump and Republicans are to blame... Putting up divisive candidates like Clinton, Sanders & Warren is a recipe for disaster. -
The hatred felt for them amongst many is as strong as the support they get from many.
