As much as I wouldn’t say no to this. I don’t think it will stick when it reaches the supreme court as this falls under cruel and unusual punishment. And as we know, the law wouldn’t be applied equally. I think laws should be fair and just. Clean up the judicial system.

My concern is the potential racial undertone that may take place and false convictions which will lead to an effectivelly, a eugenics movement

Worried about innocent or railroaded people getting caught up in this. Also bodily autonomy should always be protected. I'm indifferent to genuine sex offenders suffering like this more it's that I don't have faith in our justice system these days.
