Yup: I know what Sen. Collins' endgame is here, and it's very obvious. Whoever her Dem opponent is in 2020 will have to be extremely quick-witted and use what is there (which is plenty) to make a strong case. She's no moderate in her voting record & given it's Maine? No excuse.
