“The order does not, however, impact a 2.6 percent pay raise for the military for next year that was part of a defense spending bill Trump signed in August.”
I thought @realDonaldTrump said it was 10%....

Trump & GOP gave ultra wealthy ppl & corporations a $1.7 trillion tax cut. Meanwhile fed employees are furloughed and will be deprived of their measly 2.1% cost of living raise.

Good. Now cut all of Congress’s pay and benefits until they can learn to compromise. Which of course means they will never get paid but it’s a start
-
compromise there's no compromise when it comes to the Trump administration, it's either his way or the highway. -
With all due respect you are completely wrong. He negotiates everything. He starts out high/unrealistic and like any good business person will meet in the middle. The Dems are the ones not giving an inch. For example he will trade Daca for wall funding
-
Right from his mouth, why would the Dems give DACA for the wall when DACA is safe. The Dems didn't need Trump to save DACA because the courts did.https://twitter.com/realdonaldtrump/status/1078376171845361665?s=21 …
-
I don’t agree Daca is safe. He was willing to give them a path to citizenship. Even if it is a dead issue, there are other bargaining chips. My point is u need to learn your enemy. He’s a more than willing negotiator and if u libs were smart u would take advantage.
-
If DACA wasn't safe then the Dems would of taken the deal in a heartbeat because don't forget that it was Trump himself that placed the dreamers as hostages in order to use them as leverage to build his wall. Trump demands way to much and gives very little back this is a fact.
-
There is a difference than being “safe” and having a path to citizenship. Guess what, when Ginsberg goes and Trump appoints another conservative, how “safe” will Daca be? Simple.....trade Daca citizenship for his stupid wall and call it a day
-
How about we give the wall for more ports of entry and more judges to hear cases instead of creating a month or longer wait outside the port of entry? Would you be ok with that? It's also funny how you use the death of a human being to get your point across.
