Healthcare is not less in other countries, actually is higher. Instead of premiums they charge way more than we charge via much higher taxes.

The Total Health Expenditures of the USA is about double what other countries, with similar health outcomes, are spending. That number figures in ALL public and private expenditures. That includes “higher taxes”.

I never said anything about single payer. The German system keeps costs down, quality of care high, wait times better than the US. They have universal coverage and it costs less than 1/2 of what we spend per capita here.
