Oh and we discuss this frankly sensational interview with Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen by about the return of Changing Rooms (!!!), rooms "curdling" and how he once turned an IKEA bookshelf into "Gaudi's sacred church" (us neither)

This week's episode (our penultimate!) features an author special with the ONE AND ONLY Graham Norton whose new novel Home Stretch is out now. Also today, we discuss Katherine May's concept of 'wintering' & lying fallow when things get tough

A HUGE thank you to for making our Christmas show possible, and our sponsor eco-friendly brand Method, for helping us create a show at a time when event logistics are.... interesting, to say the least.

We are so grateful to our incredible listeners - we have learned SO MUCH from you and been blown away by the community that emerged from this silly little thing we did as a way to hang out. (To say there was no business plan, would be an under-statement.)

After 4 joyous years, and 27 million downloads, The High Low will be recording its last episode next week! We are heart-broken, whilst always knowing the show would run for 4 years (it's a wonder we've been allowed to keep it going this long).

Dead chuffed! Love to hear my favourite podcats discuss my piece on — at this point i think its safe to assume someone in ‘William’s’ entourage has sent it to him (can’t decide if this makes me feel defiant or mortified...)

I loved this book. Great to hear him on today. Such a tonic in these unsettling times.

For Sunday afternoon listening, we recommend Candice Carty-Williams on The Adam Buxton Podcast, Glenn Close on WTF, Keir Starmer on Desert Island Discs and What Trump Might Do In His Remaining Weeks in Office on Fresh Air.

This week we deep dived into the Princess Diana content of the last week. You can find the two-parter on ITV, with staggering allegations made against Martin Bashir

"Who has time to become the best version of themselves these days? I’ll answer that: no one bloody does." We loved this (brutally honest) piece by on falling in love after seven years of being single.

Okay it's a tie. Our third favourite is John Lewis. Allegedly the cheapest Christmas ad they have ever made, using 9 different vignettes by 8 different artists, it's testament to the power of animation (and kindness)

We are also obsessed with TK Maxx's goat because the farmer is right: goats deserve to look fabulous as much as anyone else Down pointing backhand index

You don't have to celebrate Xmas to love Amazon's Christmas ad (nor support their biz practises) Melissa Moutsakas directed this ad starring French ballet dancer Tais Vinolo like it was a short film, and it's basically impossible to watch without weeping.
