No. But until players unsub in a large enough quantity to pressure Activision/Blizzard to change things, or demand a separate token for WoW and another for other game purchases, again - nothing will change. I feel it further speaks to how they stopped reporting sub numbers.

If things were/are going "well" for WoW subs, why stop reporting sub numbers? Why switch to some other metric(s) to "give a better idea as to the health of the game"..? The answer is simple IMO. Things are not well in Bedrock, but no one wants to admit Fred has issues.

I don’t think blizz will worry about it until they are sitting on unbought tokens. People paid for subs and games with cash in past, and those who want to spend the gold on tokens for items will do it. My time spent making money vs gold makes it now cheaper to pay with cash.

The system will correct itself. If demand slows, prices will drop. In that regard, the problem might be that there are too many fat cats sitting on huge piles of gold that drive token price out of reach for casual gold makers.
