How did you pay? See if there's any way you can reclaim the money, if it was paypal or credit card you can usually get a charge-back, since you have evidence that they didn't deliver and won't respond to you. Quicker and easier than court.

Alas debit card. I'd bought from them previously with PayPal and couldn't organise a refund so went debit card this time.
