This is pretty good. I don't agree with everything but I'm going to take my time to listen to it again before I comment completely. It deserves the re-listen too

For every token bought, there has to be one sold. So that player who is lucky enough to get that uber sword of awesome that goes for 10,000g might be needing that money to pay for the next months subscription. That puts a higher intrinsic and emotional value than a mistake

As the guy who ALWAYS needs sub money handled by in-game tokens. [RL makes tokens the ONLY option ever] This is the kind of thing that makes me VERY wary to try ANYTHING new.

A healthy dose of caution when it comes to important decisions is very important. Be careful not to let it paralyze you when it comes time to act though

You get better by practicing and making mistakes. WoW is a great sandbox to do both!

I know that I've probably made every mistake in the book AH wise and have learned from each one. Healthy amount of fear should be to encourage people to find the knowledge to keep it from happening. Paralyzing fear helps noone

An 80% plan now is better than a 100% plan in two weeks. It's almost impossible to have perfect knowledge of any situation. Make the best call with the information you have.
