Ethics: A guild mate temporarily leaves the guild and returns. Suddenly they have millions-worth of very rare items on the AH. Some rarely seen in your region. The items sell. Then he buys a spectral tiger mount with his profits and shows off in guild. Do you report? Or worse?

Cheating so yeh I would put a report in. Even if they don’t do anything I like them to have it on record. Aside from that, unless he says he did something against TOS, or I see that he looted something from bank, I won’t kick.

Anything suspicious like that gets an official Blizz report. Period. I'm not inclined to drop them from the guild without something resembling proof if they aren't taking from the guild resources to do it.
