In Vanilla I saved 50g every level from 40-60 so that I could buy my epic mount when I hit 60. Guild broke up when I hit 59. Later when I hit 60 and bought that mount, it felt very empty and so I switched toons and servers.
Yes, I usually sell a certain item at a set price. A gm wanted to raise the bar to 30g an item. My server is not that busy. He kept buying my item and reselling. He finally confronted me, hired me and then sold my item to "boost" the market. It failed. But...
I feel really bad for the new people who could have used my cheap items and had to buy his expensive items. Just because we can make tons of gold, some people who are starting don't really know how to do that, and every gold counts.
