Some people feel they "own" their Twitter timeline and have to agree with everything they read. Me, I see Twitter as a chance to LISTEN to other people's different opinions, needs, worries and celebrations. Unless you do that "rape" or "autistic" insults. Then we gon have words

yes it does! and if you disagree with someone - understanding why, and how they arrived at their opinion and life experience is the only way to be compassionate and either learn from them, or to teach them.

Unfortunately, many "preach" diversity, but are only interested in shaping the world to match their world view. That's not quite how diversity or mutual respect works.
