I feel I didn't lead enough

It wouldn't have mattered how much you led, to be honest. Unless someone actually intends to *follow through*, nothing will change for them. It doesn't matter if it's WoW gold making or drug addict life changes - if there's no followthrough, no amount of leading will work.

You did what you could and continue to offer information that's perfectly valid. Asking any more of yourself is foolish. :)

Your goals are laudible, but beating yourself up because of behaviour that's out of your hands isn't. Just be happy you gave us what you could. It's up to us to do the rest.

Ok, up to speed I think - Let me see if I can put this concisely.. but it will be multiple tweets: 1) If you're unfamiliar with Autism, keep in mind that a person with Autism doesn't process responsibility, burdens, tasks that way others do.

2) TGQ as a content creator feels a burden for helping document and team people about all the things she knows. So if people aren't using the remote AH, she feels culpability for not sharing enough details for people to see the benefit of using it more.

3) Because of her generous/charitable heart and kind teaching style, she gives so much of herself in order to help other people that it is part of her identity as a human. So a shortfall in this area feels like a failure - like she let someone down when she could have made impact

4) Everything said above about teaching, offering the info, helping people be self-sufficient, is all true - but in this case she feels she didn't offer enough "teaching" on this topic.

5) Example: If she uses the remote AH regularly for helping her economize effort, efficiently manage some facet of Goldmaking, but never put it in her blog, so then someone says, "oh, I didn't even use that" or "Oh, I didn't even know that was a thing!" she takes it personally.

I just take everything personally until I get a grip. It just takes a bit longer I guess

In this case hopefully you mean Lifegrip. Don't worry, we'll still be here when it's back off cooldown. :)
